Massive updates

Our site has been recently greatly improved:
- More than 400 examples and ready-to-use code snippets for the KUIML reference
- Everything related to KUIML from the original BCA manual taken, checked, improved and often rewritten
- Added multiple new articles on built-in parameters, scripting, errors and solutions, list of all KUIML elements in various orders, list of all attributes on a single page
- Published script converter to easily convert scripts from inline to standalone
- Commenting was moved away from Disqus and redone from scratch - just login with Google and comment on any article, add your own code snippets using [code][/code]
- Now you can UPLOAD YOUR SCRIPTS!
